Sika Strenghtens admixtures Business in North America
Pointe-Claire (December 19, 2011) – Sika Canada Inc. is pleased to announce that its parent company, Sika AG, has acquired Axim Group, the global cement grinding aid and concrete admixture business of Italcementi Group in Bergamo, Italy. Axim Group consists of six legal entities that operate several production facilities and sales organizations in Italy, France, USA, Morocco, Spain and Canada.
