This position can be based in Baar, ZG, as well as in Zurich, Altstetten.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Program Manager with expertise in Talent Management to join our EMEA HR team. The Talent Program Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent programs that support the development and retention of our employees. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent management practices, excellent project management and presentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Exciting Challenges Trainings (program manager and facilitator)
- Manage talent/leadership programs including facilitation and/or moderation of regional talent programs (both face-to-face and virtually) with involvement of stakeholders on executive management level.
- Organize, lead and moderate EMEA talent programs’ follow up sessions in areas
- Embrace ownership of the EMEA regional talent programs with full responsibility of all related activities, ensure communication and onboarding of all parties involved, supervise all tasks leading to proper learner`s experience.
- Regularly update learning curricula and design changes
- Guide team stakeholders (training coordinator) through requirements and planning
- Prepare and align a yearly training calendar with all relevant stakeholders, update and maintain all digital & marketing channels to ensure visibility
- Support with selection, onboarding and alignment of facilitators/vendors/coaches incl. contract and term negotiations and act as first contact
- Manage stakeholders such as external vendors, internal facilitators, coaches, and participating Sika employees throughout the whole leadership journey.
- Ensure talent trainings of Emea are aligned contentwise with corporate offerings and other regions
- Analyze employee career paths, succession data, reports of diagnostic tools and deliver coaching to employees (regional programs/certification provided by Sika)
- Monitor impact and results from training programs and adapt constantly based on business requirements incl. post-training activities, follow-up with implementation plans, exchange with coaches
Talent Management expertise
- Maintain talent information accurately and facilitate cross regional exchange regarding talent development (Talent & Succession Module in SF/LMS/SmartRecruiters)
- Guide and support regional HR organization with preparation to talent reviews (preparation of data, reporting, leading trainings and meetings with HR communities)
- Update Global Talent Management team with relevant talent information status on regular basis
- Contribute to co-creation and drive implementation of global/regional talent development initiatives with HR organization of Emea and L&D managers
- Ensure smooth people processes (performance, goal and learning management) deployment by cooperation with other team stakeholders
Your expertise - Our strength
- You excel in presenting talent development related concepts in front of all stakeholder groups (incl. executive team members) with dynamic and engaging “classroom” presence
- You enjoy exposure and can easily manage front-line tasks with excellent communicating skills in English and German
- You have excellent project management skills in the field of learning and/or talent development with affinity to digital tools
- You have very strong strategic competencies with 3-5 years of experience in a similar function with a good understanding of the organizational mechanisms
- You bring solid, practical know-how in the field of talent management and people development, preferably from a multinational organization
- You have a pragmatic, hands-on and all- rounder, “can-do” attitude
- You have a charismatic and adaptable personality with a variety of experiences in training with focus on leadership and management content with use of modern media solutions
- You are highly flexible and ready to embrace work in a dynamic environment
- You are a team player and can work well with the Corporate team
Additionally;
- You bring coaching certifications and/or further additional certifications related to talent and people development such as instructional design, change management etc.
- You are willing to work flexible hours (travel within EMEA but primarily Switzerland -approx. 40-50%)
- You have higher education in Human Resource Management, Organizational Learning and Development, or related
