Usage
Sika® HPB® is a 1 - 8 mm crushed, washed and graded aggregate used as a base/ground levelling material or for drainage applications

The Sika® HPB is an aggregate without fines offering excellent drainage properties and providing good base stability during freeze/thaw cycles. Also, the material must be contained using edging.
The Sika® HPB eliminates the need for bedding and base layers and simplifies the constructions process.
When used on the top and sides of drain tile or pipes, a geotextile material shall be installed (as per 1997 Ontario Building Code requirements).
Spread and place Sika® HPB® on the prepared surface making sure that the material is contained as not to wash away.
As drainage/backfilling material for:
- Retaining walls
- Foundation walls and footing drainage
- Sewer and water hookups
As a base/levelling material to install:
- Interlocking pavers, patio slabs, paving stones, etc.
- Sheds, hot tubs
