Sika® MT Primer
High-Solids, Moisture-Tolerant and Adhesion Promoting Primer for Dry or Damp Substrates
Use
A two component, high-solids, red tinted, translucent epoxy primer. It has been specifically formulated to perform as a moisture-tolerant and adhesion promoting primer.
Characteristics and Advantages
- Easy to use, 2:1 p.b.v. ratio.
- Moisture tolerant up to 6% p.b.w.
- Excellent penetration and adhesion.

Sika MT PrimerSikalastic®-120 FS Primer
A two-components, high-solids, translucent epoxy primer. It has been specifically formulated to perform as an adhesion promoting primer for fast turn around applications.
Use
- As a primer to eliminate outgassing of substrates when applying Sikalastic® systems, including Sikagard® E.W.L. coatings.
- Use as an adhesion promoter on dry substrates beneath Sikalastic® membrane and waterproofing systems.
Characteristics and Advantages
- Easy to use, 3 : 2 parts by volume ratio.
- Very rapid overcoating time, around 2 hours at 23 °C (73 °F).
- Excellent penetration and adhesion.
- Low tensile modulus.
- Higher tensile elongation.
- Low VOC, LEED® Canada credits available.

Sikalastic Recoat PrimerSikalastic®-710 NP Base
Sikalastic®-710 NP is a single-component, primerless, aromatic, moisture-cured, elastomeric polyurethane membrane intended for use as the waterproofing base coat for pedestrian and vehicular traffic bearing applications.

Sikalastic®-735 ALSika® Resoflex
A unique coating system specifically engineered to protect reinforced concrete structures subject to light to moderate traffic. It consists of a crack-bridging, waterproof, two-component, high solids, polyurethane coating containing factory added, synthetic aggregates.
Use
As a deck coating to waterproof and protect concrete structures such as:
