  • Coordinate with the sales team and customers to arrange customer visits according to the assigned schedule or as delegated.
  • Provide advice and essential product information, as well as perform product usage tests as requested by customers.
  • Prepare required service reports for customers and other related reports for supervisors and concerned departments.
  • Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are always in good condition and ready for use.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings related to Sika products as scheduled or assigned.
  • Participate in and support activities organized under marketing promotion programs and other activities.
  • Perform other duties related to technical customer service and associated activities.
  • Strictly comply with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and ISO50001 standards, as well as all company rules and regulations.

Education

  • Vocational Certificate (Por Wor Sor) in Electrical, Construction, or other related fields.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in technical service.
  • Able to drive both a car and a motorcycle.
  • Familiar with routes in Bangkok and Northeastern areas.

Others

  • Owns a motorcycle.
  • Holds a motorcycle and car driver’s license.
