  • Prepare projects with a multifunctional team, ensuring the best economic and technical solution.
  • Develop and implement the most technically and economically optimal solution.
  • Prepare the RPA (Request for Project Approval) in compliance with internal guidelines.
  • Lead project organization, management, onsite supervision, and execution.
  • Ensure internal and external regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and coordinate project interfaces and stakeholders.
  • Drive process optimization in information and material flow, as well as technology integration.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Tu experiencia - Nuestras fortalezas

  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Supply Chain Engineering.
  • Master’s degree in Business (preferred).
  • 8–13 years of relevant experience in Project management, Industrial engineering, Operations management (manufacturing/engineering sector).
  • Project Management certification required (PMP, IPMA, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge in supply chain and process optimization.
  • Experiencie engineering project leadership (chemical processes, automation, plant assembly), Equipment design, plant construction, and material flow management.
  • Strong grasp of PMI/IPMA methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Optional: Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
