Water-based contaminant remover, designed for the Auto Glass Replacement market

Sika® CleanGlass ia a water-based, alcohol containing, light blue transparent cleaning agent for glass, plastics and non-porous substrates. Sika® CleanGlass can be used for the removal of finger marks, residues and general grime. The product leaves no residue on the surface, thus ensuring easy use and no need to re-polish the glasses.

Usage

Sika® CleanGlass is used to clean screen prints on vehicle glasses. In addition it can be used for cleaning purposes on almost all non-porous substrates.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Before applying Sika® CleanGlass to sensitive surfaces (e.g. plastic, paints, etc.), we recommend to test Sika® CleanGlass on a small, possibly non-visible area of the base material. Consider that before application of the adhesive or sealant, the surface may need to be prepared accordingly.

Application Information

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Apply Sika® CleanGlass on surface and wipe dry with a dry, clean, lint-free towel. Surfaces must be allowed to dry completely prior initiating the next step in surface preparation (e.g. activation or priming).

Sika® CleanGlass concentrate needs to be diluted with deionized water. The mixing ratio is 1:4. Consequently, 5 L of concentrate need to be diluted with 20 L of deionized water.
