Usage
Sika® Aktivator-307 is only suitable for vehicle glass replacement business. It can be processed down to -5 °C without special requirements. The broad application temperature range in combination with the short flash off time makes it an all year round product, which is ideal for mobile or in-house applications. This product is suitable for experienced professional users only.Advantages

IMPORTANT NOTE
Sika® Aktivator-307 reacts with moisture. In order to maintain product quality it is important to reseal the container with the inner plastic liner after use. Once the surface pre-treatment operation is completed the cap has to be screwed on.
- Dispose of product approx. one (1) month after opening.
- Never dilute or mix Sika® Aktivator-307 with any other substances.
- It must not be used for tooling/smoothing of products or as cleaning agent.
- If used on transparent or translucent substrates such as float glass, plastics, etc., an adequate UV protection is mandatory.
Application
METHOD OF APPLICATION
Surfaces must be clean, dry and free from grease, oil, dust and contaminants.
Adhesion on substrates may be improved by adding and/or combining pre-treatment processes such as scuffing and cleaning prior the activator application.
Application
Moisten a clean and lint-free cloth or paper towel with Sika® Aktivator-307 and wipe bonding surfaces once ensuring the bond face has been treated.
Ideal application and surface temperature is between -5 °C and +45 °C. Prolonged exposure to atmospheric moisture will cause Sika® Aktivator-307 to become inactive. Tightly reseal container immediately after each use.
Consumption and method of application depends on the specific nature of the substrates.

Application by pad: Hold pad directly against the frit on the glass, then pinch the handle with thumb and index finger to break internal vials thus releasing Sika® Aktivator-307 into the pad (do not bend!).
