Application steps

MIXING

  • Pre-stir Sikalastic® TC 299 FS PT for one (1) minute.
  • Measure the appropriate amount of Sikalastic® TC 299 FS PT.
  • Add the proper amount of powder hardener and mix for one (1) to two (2) minutes.

  

Refer to the Mixing Ratio chart in the APPLICATION INFORMATION section.

     

Note: Mix only the quantity of product which can be used within its pot life. Sikalastic® TC 299 FS PT has a 7–15 minutes working time (depending on temperatures) and must be applied immediately after mixing.

APPLICATION

Apply at the recommended coverage rate (refer to appropriate System Product Data Sheet) using a notched or flat squeegee, and immediately backroll using a phenolic resin core roller.

 

Allow coating to cure a minimum of one (1) hour between coats before opening to traffic. 

CLEAN UP

Clean tools with an MMA solvent. Other solvents such as xylene or acetone may also be used.
