Dosage rates will vary depending on the cementitious material used in the grout, ambient conditions and the requirements of a specific project.
For general cement and cement / bentonite injection grout applications, Sika recommends a dosage rate between 2 - 10 L /m³ of grout. Dosage rates outside the recommended range may be used where extreme ambient conditions are encountered or unusual project conditions require special consideration. Where extended retardation is required dosage may be increased. In any case, please contact your Sika Canada Technical Sales Representative for further information and project specific dosage recommendations.

Add Sika® Stabilizer-5010 TBM CA at the grout plant during mixing. Measure required quantity manually or by automated dispenser. Add directly into the wet grout near the end of the mixing cycle.

Combination with other Admixtures: Sika® Stabilizer-5010 TBM CA works effectively as a single admixture or in combination with other Sika® admixtures. When used in combination with other admixtures, care must be taken to dispense each admixture separately into the mix.  Do not mix with dry cement.
