Sika® Air-360
Sika® Air-360 is an aqueous solution of a unique, synthetically manufactured surfactant for the air entrainment of concrete.

Usage
Sika® Air-360 is designed for use in concrete requiring air entrainment and protection from freeze-thaw damage or the harmful effect of de-icing salts. Sika® Air-360 is specifically designed for use in low or no slump concrete, but is suitable for use in a variety of concrete mixes. Sika® Air-360 may be used to produce Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM), also referred to as flowable fill, controlled density fill (CDF), lean mix backfill, unshrinkable fill or flowable mortar. CLSM eliminates the need for compaction of layered backfill and is significantly faster and less labor intensive.Advantages

Shelf Life
Shelf life when stored in original packaging in dry warehouse conditions between 5-27°C is one year from the date of manufacture.
Storage Conditions
Sika® Air-360 should be stored above 5°C. If frozen, thaw and agitate thoroughly to return to a normal state. If agitation is needed, DO NOT use pressurized air. Protect from direct sunlight.

Application
Mixing
Measure the required quantity manually or by automated dispenser. Add Sika® Air-360 directly to the mixing water or to the sand stream, do NOT mix with dry cement. Sika® Air-360 may be dispensed on-site directly prior to placement. Care must be taken to mix thoroughly. When used in combination with other admixtures dispense each admixture separately into the mix.
Compatibility: Sika® Air-360 can be used in combination with other Sika admixtures and can be successfully used in mix designs utilizing supplementary cementitious materials.
Recommended Dosage
The typical dosage rate of Sika® Air-360 will vary between 7-400 mL / 100 kg of cement or cementitious materials. For controlled low strength material applications, the dosage rate of Sika® Air-360 is up to 0.5 L / m3 of cement or cementitious materials. Various factors will affect the dosage rates. Dosage rates outside of the typical range may be used.
It is recommended to conduct trial mixes with the actual materials to determine the required dosage for optimum performance.
To the extent specialized materials (such as microsilica) are specified, extreme ambient project conditions are encountered, or other unusual project conditions require special consideration outside the recommended dosage, please contact your local regional Sika Representative prior to using the Sika admixture.
