Sealant remains tacky for up to 24 hours and fully cures in 7 days. Open to traffic in 24 hours.

How to apply the SAKRETE Non-Sag Sealant ?

Cut tube nozzle to desired bead width and squeeze into bottom of crack using standard caulking gun. Smooth and trim excess with a moistened putty knife while sealant is fresh.

What are the minimum and maximum dimensions of the depth and width of cracks or joints so that SAKRETE Non-Sag Sealant can be used effectively?

The depth of the crack or joint should be half the width of the joint (2:1 width-to-depth ratio). Cracks or joints should be a minimum of 6 mm (¼ in) wide and 6 mm (1/4 in) deep, and a maximum of 25 mm (1 in) wide and 13 mm (1/2 in) deep. Deeper cracks should be filled with SAKRETE Backer Rod first. NOTE: Do not use around fresh silicone sealants.
