UltraCure DOT
UltraCure DOT are single-use wet curing blankets made of natural cellulose fabric and designed to provide constant and thorough hydration while maintaining a 100 % relative humidity condition on the slab for a curing period of 14 days resulting in less surface discolouration and more evenly cured concrete.

Packaging
UltraCure DOT rolls are shrink-wrapped in a clear poly covering and stacked four (4) wide by four (4) high on a wooden pallet that will have the overall dimensions of 1.117 m (44 in) wide by 2.438 m (96 in) long. Pallets are double stacked for shipment. 384 rolls fit onto a truck (24 pallets). One (1) roll of UltraCure DOT weighs 22.68 kg (50 lb). One (1) pallet of UltraCure DOT weighs 408.24 kg (900 lb).
Colour
UltraCure DOT moisture-retaining coverings are natural coloured cellulose fabrics with a perforated white reflective vapour barrier applied to one side to help provide protection against UV degradation.

Application
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Cure Mechanism:
Super absorbent fibres effectively trap water and serve as a hydrating reservoir for the slab as it cures.
Surface Preparation:
Remove any debris and loose material from the concrete surface to be cured.
