Surface Conditioner WB

Low solids, water-based liquid with acetone cosolvent

6 months if stored properly in original unopened, sealed and undamaged packaging.

Store materials in a dry area between 5°C (40°F) and 38°C (100°F) with careful handling to prevent damage to products. Do not store at high temperatures or in direct sunlight. Keep lids tightly closed when not in use.  Protect all materials from freezing and other damage during transit, handling, storage, and installation.

* The U.S. EPA, SCAQMD and others consider the solvent in Surface Conditioner WB as “exempt”, and therefore the product’s VOC content can be considered “0 g/l” and used in all jurisdictions operating under these guidelines.

20 - 25 m²/L (800 - 1000 ft²/gallon)

Surface should be clean, dry, free of dirt, laitance, dust, debris, oils and other contaminants. Spalled or damaged concrete or masonry must be repaired prior to applying Surface Conditioner WB.  Eliminate uneven surfaces to ensure positive contact between Sarnafil G 476 SA and the surface.

Mix Surface Conditioner WB thoroughly before use. Surface Conditioner WB is packaged ready to use. Do not dilute.

Apply by pump/air sprayer with a fan or cone tip nozzle. If spraying is not practical, the Surface Conditioner WB may be applied with a short nap roller.

Remove all heavy or puddle areas to ensure thorough drying. Allow Surface Conditioner to dry one hour or until dry to touch. Dry time may be longer in cold temperatures or in humid conditions.

Reapply Surface Conditioner WB if rain occurs prior to the application of Sarnafil G 476 SA. Reapply Surface Conditioner WB if the surface becomes dusty or if it is not covered with Sarnafil G 476 SA the same day.

Close the container tightly after use.

Flush sprayer with clean water immediately after use.
