The Moguls
This project was very complex due to the very specific slopes on the roof. The roof, on the 9th floor of these 10 story condo, has given the ower many troubles for many years with continual leaks due to the nature of the snow loads up at Big white.

A Bit of Challenge
Duo to snow shoveling, the roof was being torched every winter which damaged the roof. Moreover, there is a lot of penetration on this roof which make it very complex to reroof: dryer vents, plumbing, vents and drains ...
On top of this, there was a lot of slopes: Sloped roofs up to 4/12 flat roofs, even a cinderblock wall 100% sealed with a seamless waterproofing product that is fully reinforced.

Product Used
The product used for the project were - Sikalastic 621 TC Pearl Grey as basecoat and Steel Grey as Topcoat EP Primer, Sika SA Tape 3”, and Sika Reemat Premium
On top of their seamless carracteristic, these products were chosen for their ease of use on roofs with many penetration and for their longevity.
