Sarnafil® G 410-60 Textured
Sarnafil® G 410-60 Textured Roof Membrane is a 60 mil (1.5 mm) PVC thermoplastic membrane produced with an integral fibreglass mat reinforcement for excellent dimensional stability, with heat-weldable seams, and a textured surface.

Storage Conditions
Store rolls on pallets and fully protected from the weather with clean canvas tarpaulins. Unvented polyethylene tarpaulins are not accepted due to the accumulation of moisture beneath the tarpaulin in certain weather conditions that may affect the ease of membrane weldability.

Application
APPLICATION
After proper preparation of the substrate, membrane is unrolled into the Sarnacol adhesive, and rolled into Sarnacol® adhesive in accordance with Sika’s technical requirements and then pressed into place with a minimum 45 kg (100 lb) steel roller. Sarnafil® G 410-60 Textured seams are heat‐welded together by trained operators using hot air welding equipment. Different Sarnacol® adhesives require different application methods. Use Sarnafil® G 410-60 Textured, Sarnafil® G 410-60 Textured Reflective Grey, Detail Membrane Reflective Grey, and/or Sarnafil® Reflective Grey prefabricated flashings for flashings on all Sarnafil® Textured roof membrane projects.
