King® RPL-6
Portland cement and lime-based masonry grout
King® RPL-6 is a premixed, factory-bagged low-compressive strength grout formulated with Portland cement, Type S hydrated lime, controlled grain masonry sand other carefully selected additives. It is specially designed to be used to fill voids in masonry walls and its low density minimizes the impact of injection into structures. Thanks to its fluidity and low masonry sand with controlled grain size, King® RPL-6 is able to seep into small openings.

Storage Conditions
Always store in a dry area, protected from the weather. At the job site, an additional tarpaulin must be used to cover the product to prevent water infiltration.

MIXING
Always mix the entire contents of the bag. King® RPL-6 must be mechanically mixed using a drill mixer or a grout paddle mixer. Place 7.75 L (2.05 US gal.) of water in a clean mixer or pail and slowly introduce the entire bag of King® RPL-6. Always mix the entire contents of the bag. Only if additional water is required to meet the target flow slowly add additional water while the mixer is running, not exceeding the maximum recommended water content of 8.25 L (2.18 US gal.) per 30 kg (66 lb) bag. Continue mixing for three (3) minutes and stop only when material has reached an homogeneous consistency.
APPLICATION
The application of the grout must comply with the requirements of section 6 and 8 of CSA-A371-14.
CLEAN UP
In order to avoid the use of chemicals, it is always recommended to clean grout projections on adjacent surfaces such as sidings, neighboring openings, metal flashings, etc. within the hour following the installation by using only clean water and a nylon brush.
Be sure to clean a test area before proceeding with the work.
Clean all tools and equipment after use with water. Once hardened, the product can only be removed mechanically.
